California was in the middle of its budget crisis when a bright ball of light appears and drops off a big naked guy.

The Governator then went to the capital building in Sacramento and killed all the legislators.

The Governator decided to cut spending by eliminating all the youth centers in California and by cutting subsidies for milk production.
